Hi there! I'm flattered that you are curious about my story!

So here it goes...

My name is Amy Brouwer. I'm a wife and mom of five. I have always loved all things fashion and beauty. I became a trained, Christian image consultant in 2020. For 3 years I helped clients find their best colors and styles to build their confidence in the bodies God created for them!

 

As my life as a wife and mom became more busy, I decided to hang up my stylist hat to be more available at home for my family. But I still craved the creative outlet of that profession, its in my blood!!!

 Through my journey as a stylist, I started to realize that women's fashion was thought to have to be racy and skimpy in order to be stylish...but that's so not true!!!

It's absolutely possible to dress respectfully and tastefully, no matter your age or phase of life.

 And this is how Modestly Modern was born!
