Sister...you are a representative of Christ.

God created you in His image! Beautiful and unique. First, we should feel so special and grateful that our heavenly father loves and adores us so much that it gives us confidence! Our value and identity comes from Him. So, when we choose what we put on our bodies, it should portray dignity and grace to honor our creator!

Second, God doesn't want us to get carried away with the 'beauty' and 'fashion' and make it all about how we look on the outside to people. We should want to honor God with modesty, but not show off our beauty or get filled up by compliments and attention. What God wants others to notice about us is our behavior. Are we gentle and kind? Helpful and caring? Less about ourselves and more about others? We shouldn't only be concerned with outer beauty, but more importantly, our inner beauty.

1 Timothy 2:9-10 ESV

⁹ likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, ¹⁰ but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works.

I love wearing things that out-right show that I love Jesus. Whether it's a gold a silver cross necklace or a graphic tee like the one I am wearing here, I hope people notice something different in me and then see the cross or the bible verse I am wearing and then either ask me questions or even just plant a seed in their mind for the Holy Spirit to work on them.
